Registration: February 28th – April 17th

Cost: $550 per team (No admission gate fee)

Season Schedule (16 Games/Double Header)

Sunday- Coed Upper and Lower Divisions

Monday/TuesdayMen’s Upper and Lower Divisions

Wednesday- Coed Lower Division

ThursdayChurch League

When registering your team choose Upper or Lower Division on the night you are playing. The League Director will make the final determination as to which Division your team will be assigned.

Game Schedule:

Games: April 23rd – June 15th

Tournament (Single Elimination):  June 18th – June 22nd

Our Adult Softball League is sanctioned with the National Softball Association (NSA).  Game rules as well as bat and ball requirements will be given to each Team Manger or Captain. Teams are responsible for purchasing the required ball. For questions please contact League Director Keith Reveter.  League Rules will be posted on the website and available to all team managers as soon as they are reviewed and updatedManager Meeting will held on March 21st and 23rd at Woodland Park. All Managers or Captains are required to attend.

Softball League information:

All league play balls must be NSA Approved 52/275 (No Exceptions),  you can pre-order balls from League Director Keith Reveter (Dudley SY) or purchase through another vendor of your choice.

All bats must be NSA approved with the 2012 stamp on it.

Portage Adult Softball Rules for 2017 B


Each night were are looking at minimum of 8 teams and a maximum of 16 teams for play. 

Sunday/Wednesday – Coed

Monday/Tuesday – Men’s Upper & Lower

Thursday  – Church League

If you are an unattached player in need of a team, contact the park office or the League Director.

Interested in becoming a Indiana NSA Umpire?
We pay $25 per game for league umpires. NSA offers opportunities for weekend tournaments with slow pitch, fast pitch and baseball (BPA).
